BORROWING POLICY
1) LIMITS
Resources may be borrowed for a maximum of three weeks. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances with prior approval.
2) RESERVATIONS
Reservations for specific titles are allowed.
3) CARING FOR RESOURCES
Our educational materials are valuable resources to our community and we count on borrowers to take special care of them. Please protect them from extreme temperatures, little children and duplication. The person who signs the borrower.s card is responsible for the lost or damaged items. If one of the audio-visuals fails to work for you, please let us know right away as other people may be waiting to borrow them.
4) COPYRIGHT
All titles are protected by copyright. Duplicating copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law and can result in financial penalties and/or jail. If you need a copy of the material, please contact our office and we will provide you information on how to order from the publishers.
5) INSURANCE AND RETURNING RESOURCES
To protect both the borrower and the HSA Resource Center, we ask that resources be returned to the office insured if mailed or shipped. Borrowers will be expected to replace lost uninsured items.
Brochures are available free through our office.
